Doing as instructed above didn't solve my problem, but I did find the solution. When PBCool is installed, it's placed in the normal "Program Files" directory (under aLeX^rS). In order for it to work on my PC (Vista Ultimate), I copied the aLeX^rS folder to the following folder:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local
Workin' like a charm now. Glad to have it back up and runnin'...I've been without it for months now.
By the way, OUTSTANDING PROGRAM!!!

didnt work for me.. though i dont have vista ultimate, regardless i dont think that would make a difference..
OK after about 2 years of trying to get PBCool to work with Vista Home Premium 32bit I finally got it to work. YAY!
I have PBCool on the C:/ and I continued to get Runtime Error 372....
I downloaded a freeware program called TweakUAC and put it on the second option that runs the uac in a quite mode and now PBCool works. I had been trying to make it work with UAC in off mode. I hate UAC so much I do not want to turn it on. But hey everything seems to be working now.
